About the Role

We're seeking a natural leader with a passion for media sales to lead our Sales Team, working with leading agency partners to deliver innovative technology solutions and serve as an advocate and educator for the market. As our Agency Lead for Group M, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and fostering long-term relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Excellent understanding of Group M agency dynamics and campaign buying and planning
  • Proven ability to manage a pipeline and accurately forecast revenue
  • Drive thought leadership and strategic thinking by partnering with internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record in selling programmatic and managed service solutions
Requirements

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Demonstrate strong leadership experience in managing high-performing teams
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across internal teams
  • Highly motivated individual with a track record of outperforming revenue targets
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure while steering multiple workstreams
