Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and negotiate annual commercial partnerships with assigned agency networks following central guidelines and policies.
  • Work cross-functionally to help Pinterest build a world-class advertising platform.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising agency and agency sales, with a focus on working with media agencies to deliver quarterly revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in implementing sales strategies into the holdco and opco level of a media agency network, with a strong understanding of agency operating models and structures.
  • Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders within agency organizations, with a customer focus and a network of senior agency contacts.
  • Proven track record of managing commercial partnerships, ensuring accountability from internal and agency stakeholders to deliver on annual goals.
  • An independent, business-focused creative thinker who is excited to work with leading agency partners.

Relocation and In-Office Requirements:

  • This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
  • This role will require in-person collaboration 1-2 times per week and must be in a commutable distance from our London office.
