Senior Administrator and Organiser for Integrated Community Equipment Loan Service

An exciting opportunity to join our Partnership Support Team as a Senior Administrator and Organiser, working in collaboration with service commissioners, prescribers and the ICELS service provider (British Red Cross).
We are seeking an experienced administrator and organiser with excellent communication skills, who has worked within a busy and complex service orientated environment, with customer service as the main focus.
The ideal candidate will have experience in using all standard Office programmes, including excel spreadsheets, word processing, TEAMS, Outlook, and One Note, with a strong ability to input accurately and timely information to produce documents, training registers, work lists, take notes and produce meeting minutes.
Key responsibilities include providing general office support, email and diary management, arranging meetings and sending out information, as well as accessing confidential information. The successful candidate will need to be able to work flexibly, under own initiative and respond to changing priorities.
A comprehensive induction programme will be provided, covering local systems and procedures. This is a hybrid working post, with most work taking place at home. We are unable to support visa sponsorship for this post.
About the Role
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Location: Nottinghamshire
- Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
