Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commis Chef to join our team at Darwin Escapes in Cornwall. This is a permanent position to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

The successful candidate will ensure that all preparation and presentation of food meet the company's high standards. They will also be responsible for stock rotation, food hygiene regulations, and assisting with pot washing and collecting tableware.

Requirements for the role include similar previous experience, catering qualifications are an advantage but not essential. A driving license would be beneficial for ease of travel to and from the resort.
