About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Commis Chef to become a key member of our culinary team at Sandymouth Holiday Resort in Bude, Cornwall. As a Commis Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all food preparation and presentation meets our high standards.
  • Effective stock rotation and management.
  • Compliance with food hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Assistance with pot washing and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Catering qualifications are an advantage, but not essential.
  • A driving license would be beneficial for easy travel to and from the resort.
