This is a permanent position requiring full-time hours, with a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation in line with company standards.
  • Effective stock rotation and management.
  • Compliance with food hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Assisting with pot washing and collecting tableware.

Requirements

Desirable qualifications and experience include:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Catering qualifications or equivalent.
  • A driving license for ease of travel.
