Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor eTrade inbox and distribute emails to underwriters
  • Maintain phone hunt groups and update records as necessary
Administration Support:
  • Assist underwriters with account queries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Verify proof of bonus/CCE emails sent by brokers against held risks
  • Create and send CCEs to brokers on behalf of underwriters
Cancellations:
  • Process fleet cancellations and property cancellations as required
Claims:
  • Process daily claims reports received from Davies (our claims TPA)
  • Upload Acturis claims data and manage upload failures
Key Competencies:
  • Strong technical knowledge of insurance policies and documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with computerised systems used in the insurance industry
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
