Lookers Mercedes-Benz of Canterbury seeks an Automotive Warranty Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member, you will process warranty claims to manufacturer standards and ensure accurate submissions on a daily basis.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues and manufacturers. You will work closely with our reputable line manager, Will Bailey, to develop your skill set and establish a strong career within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine completed warranty repair orders
  • Prepare claim forms and supporting material
  • Ensure maximum return from the manufacturer for all warranty work
  • Review warranty reporting systems and administer warranty policy in the best interests of Mercedes-Benz of Brighton, manufacturer, and customer
