Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fintech Sales Professional to join our sales division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding merchants through their funding applications, engaging with business leaders to provide necessary application details, and elucidating financial offerings and addressing queries throughout transactions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Proficiency in German (Business Level).
- A target-oriented disposition with a flair for sales.
- Stellar communication skills proficient in both phone and email correspondence.
- Acquaintance with Microsoft Excel.
- A staunch customer-first approach.
