About the Role
  • We are looking for passionate and experienced social workers who can work collaboratively with families, children, and multi-agency partners to develop effective plans.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure timely and meaningful interventions to safeguard and promote the well-being of children and young people.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement Child in Need, Child Protection, and care plans in partnership with families and multi-agency stakeholders.
  2. Design and deliver creative interventions to enhance child safety and well-being.
  3. Engage actively in professional development programs, supervision, and team meetings to maintain best practice.
Requirements and Benefits
  • A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in statutory children's social work.
  • Registration with Social Work England and a degree in Social Work.
  • A comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and safeguarding procedures.
