Employment Career Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Network and promote our service through leaflet marketing and public engagement.
  • Work with a caseload of 35-40 clients, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement outreach and community work initiatives.

Requirements:

Locations:
We are based in Bedfordshire and Leighton Buzzard, with occasional work at our Cambridge and Huntingdon offices. You will be required to attend onsite inductions and team meetings in Little Paxton.
