DSO - Information Services & Reprographics Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Information Services & Reprographics Assistant to join our team at Canon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing business critical information, and supporting the ongoing document auditing project.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent customer service experience, liaising with internal and external customers to ensure efficient and effective processing of customer requests.
- Aid the Team Leader in performing regular musters checks and provide audit reports to site security.
- Support customer requests to obtain and procure published information/standards from established external sources.
- Manage all requests entering the Print Room, ensuring safe operation of equipment and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure that all company assets are rigorously controlled and accurately administered within the company database.
Requirements
- IT Proficient: Confident computer user with accurate keyboard & word processing skills, and a good working knowledge of MS Office, including Microsoft Excel.
- Experience of operating print room reprographics equipment is desirable, though full user training will be given.
- High level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and good written English and numeracy skills.
- Strong Customer Service skills and a motivated, proactive approach to work.
