DSO - Information Services & Reprographics Assistant

At Canon, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a DSO - Information Services & Reprographics Assistant. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the management of business-critical information and reprographics services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient processing of customer requests.
- Aid the Team Leader in performing regular musters checks and providing audit reports to site security.
- Support customer requests for published information and standards from external sources, maintaining and updating the company drawing and document archives.
- Manage requests entering the Print Room, ensuring safe operation of equipment and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure rigorous control and administration of company assets, with traceability for audit purposes.
- Perform general administration and ad-hoc duties as requested by the Team Leader.
Requirements:
- IT proficiency, with accurate keyboard and word processing skills, and a good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience of operating print room reprographics equipment is desirable, though full user training will be given.
- High level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and good written English and numeracy skills.
- Strong customer service skills and a motivated, proactive approach to work.
