About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Information Services & Reprographics Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the management of business-critical information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate retrieval and distribution of information to internal and external customers.
  • Aid the Team Leader in performing regular audits and providing reports to ensure compliance with legislative governance.
  • Support customer requests for published information and standards from established external sources.
  • Manage and maintain the company's drawing and document archives.
  • Operate print room reprographics equipment and ensure that all company assets are rigorously controlled and accurately administered.
  • Perform general administration and ad-hoc duties as requested by the Team Leader.
Requirements
  • IT proficiency with accurate keyboard and word processing skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in maintaining company records in an electronic database is desirable.
  • Good written English and numeracy skills, with a high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a flexible approach to work.
