Role Overview:
As an Information Services & Reprographics Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing essential business information for our clients. Your responsibilities will include responding to information retrieval requests under tight deadlines and ensuring the proper indexing and archiving of critical documents in accordance with established workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate various reprographics equipment within the onsite print facility, including printing, finishing, copying, scanning, and document destruction, while adhering to security protocols.
  • Assist in managing historical drawings by locating and digitizing them from onsite archives, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
  • Support the ongoing auditing project of critical documents, collaborating closely with project managers to meet established timelines.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient processing of information requests.
  • Conduct regular audits of document assets and maintain the integrity of company records in electronic databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in IT, with strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in operating reprographics equipment is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
