**Key Responsibilities**

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for transforming and modernising our services in line with local and national strategy. You will work closely with colleagues across the Trust to ensure consistent service delivery and develop a robust risk register for your function.

You will also be responsible for leading on business planning for your services and contributing to the Care Group's business planning cycle. Furthermore, you will ensure that all services within the function meet contractual performance requirements and supply regular reports to commissioners.

With a strong understanding of relevant legislation and guidance that underpins Health and Social Care Services, you will interpret policies and national developments into functional action plans to ensure compliance and improvements in practice.

The salary for this role is £90,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience.
