Estimated Salary: £45,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.


Job Description:


The successful candidate will be responsible for laying vinyl flooring, cap and cove, and working in wet rooms. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a focus on quality and efficiency.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


Essential criteria include:



  • Vinyl floor laying experience
  • Cap and cove expertise
  • Knowledge of wet rooms

Desirable criteria include:



  • Social Housing experience
