The Role

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team at Fortem, working on our Stonewater housing contract for a fixed-term contract of approximately 10 months. You will be covering a large patch in the South West, including Bristol to Bournemouth and surrounding areas.

The Project

The role involves carrying out Flooring maintenance, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of Supervision. It is essential as a Flooring Specialist you are able to lay vinyl flooring, have cap and cove experience and knowledge of wet rooms. You will take ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters.

Essential and Desirable Criteria

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
• Vinyl floor laying experience
• Cap and cove
• Knowledge of wet rooms
• Social Housing experience
