Job Title: Electrical and Mechanical Package Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Mechanical Package Manager to join our Construction team based on one of our customer sites in Harlow (Essex). The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient management of health & safety, quality, performance, plant, equipment, materials, logistics, movements, interfaces, and risks on the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site management and supervision of allocated contracts to ensure that our business principles of quality, profitability, and close client relationships are implemented at all times.
  • Responsible for the managing of the site, including efficient management of all labour, plant, equipment, materials, logistics, movements, interfaces, risks, and opportunities.
  • Implement and maintain all JCA quality control processes on the project and provide feedback where necessary.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory legislation, industry standard guidelines, employer's requirements, and any other JCA standard policies and procedures.
  • Identify risks to health, safety, quality, and the environment and engage with other stakeholders to ensure that adequate risk management is maintained at all times.
  • Generate and maintain reporting documentation in accordance with contract requirements and JCA policies.
Requirements:
  • CITB SSSTS certificate holder (or approved equivalent)
  • IOSH Supervising Safely
  • CSCS card holder relevant to role
  • First Aid at work
  • Construction and/or Engineering Qualification NVQ Level 3, HNC – preferable but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence
