Job Title: Electrical / Mechanical / Fit Out Package Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical / Mechanical / Fit Out Package Manager to join our Construction team at JCA Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise allocated contracts to ensure quality, profitability, and close client relationships.
  • Oversee the efficient management of labour, plant, equipment, materials, logistics, movements, interfaces, and risks on site.
  • Implement and maintain JCA quality control processes, providing feedback as necessary.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory legislation, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to health, safety, quality, and the environment.
  • Ensure safe systems of work are implemented and maintained.
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues.
  • Generate and maintain reporting documentation in accordance with contract requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Construction and/or Engineering Qualification (NVQ Level 3 or HNC) or equivalent experience.
  • CITB SSSTS certificate or approved equivalent.
  • IOSH Supervising Safely certification.
  • CSCS card relevant to the role.
  • First Aid at work certification.
  • Proven experience in supervising projects of comparable size and value.
  • Leadership and management style aligned with JCA's brand image.
  • Knowledge of construction and engineering industry statutory requirements, methods, and processes.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
