## Multi-Skilled Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team at Focus Management Consultants. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading Preventive Maintenance Programs (PPMs), troubleshooting and repairing breakdowns, conducting maintenance activities, and playing a crucial role in planning and executing Capital Expenditure (Capex) and improvement projects across our factory.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Lead PPMs and breakdown repairs to ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance
* Conduct maintenance activities on a range of electrical and mechanical equipment, including industrial control systems, PLCs, and packaging machines
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute Capex and improvement projects
* Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and efficiency

### Requirements:

* Time-served and qualified engineer with experience in mechanical and electrical engineering
* Proven track record of working in the FMCG, Food, or Packaging industry
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels
