We are seeking an experienced Early Years Tutor to join our team at the National Skills Agency. As an expert in early years education, you will play a key role in enabling learners to achieve their goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of early years professionals.
- Coaching and mentoring learners to help them develop their skills and confidence.
- Assessing learner progress and providing constructive feedback.
Requirements include:
- CAVA, A1 award or equivalent.
- Qualification in Early Years at level 3 or equivalent.
- Recognised teaching qualification, e.g. AET, PTTLS or equivalent.
- Previous assessing and teaching experience within the childcare sector.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000-£37,000, dependent on qualifications and experience. You will also have access to flexible working arrangements and benefits including private medical insurance, company pension, 25 days annual leave plus UK Bank Holidays, enhanced maternity leave, and opportunity for career advancement and further learning.
