**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled European Finance Manager to join our team at Pratap Partnership Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations across all European locations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage period-end closing activities, VAT returns, and support local audits across European branches and entities.
* Ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis for the European branches and legal entities.
* Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed financial insights and recommendations.
* Monitor financial performance and ensure adherence to budgets and cost-saving targets.
* Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the business.
* Work closely with the Finance Controller and other departments to drive financial efficiency and accuracy.
**Requirements**
* Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with a number of years of experience in a similar position.
* Ideally, experience in stock and Inventory accounting.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
