Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of automotive professionals to achieve sales and aftersales targets
- Develop and implement dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support business objectives
- Oversee the sales and aftersales divisions, ensuring performance meets or exceeds budget
- Set financial and growth objectives for each department, and plan accordingly to ensure profit and product targets are met
- Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with Marshall Motor Group, manufacturer, and regulatory requirements
We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills, a professional and calm approach, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Previous experience as a General Manager or Sales/Aftersales Manager is preferred, but not essential. You should be committed to the Marshall Values of People, Customers, Integrity, and Innovation.
