Job Description:

You'll have the opportunity to work in a completely personalised service, supporting people to live independently in their homes and accessing community facilities and person-centred activities.

Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to people with diverse care needs
- Assist with daily tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Encourage independence and empowerment through person-centred planning
- Develop positive relationships with the people we support, their families, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Patience and empathy when interacting with people with complex needs
- A strong work ethic and reliability in meeting commitments
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to challenges
- Commitment to our core values and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £11.94 per hour (inclusive of statutory benefits)
- 25 days annual leave (pro-rata for part-time staff)
