About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced respiratory specialist to join our team at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge and skills in the management of complex respiratory patients, with experience working in the community and project management skills.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide expert clinical advice, training, and education to community teams and individuals supporting patients at home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical advice and support to community teams and individuals caring for complex respiratory patients.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality respiratory care services in domiciliary and community settings.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in respiratory care, including Altered Airway Management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Nursing/Physiotherapy/Speech and Language Therapy
  • NMC/HCPC Registration
  • Working at 'M' level as demonstrated by ongoing CPD
  • Commitment to advanced clinical and professional development
  • Recognised postgraduate qualification e.g. MSc
  • Membership of Special Interest Group
  • Member of relevant multi-professional interest group
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is £54,320 - £60,981 per annum, inclusive of HCAS.

In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave, and access to training and development opportunities.
