Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will take charge of overseeing luxury residential construction projects from start to finish. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within financial parameters, and to the utmost quality standards.

This position demands exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to foster excellent client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage all facets of luxury residential construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain clear and open communication with clients, ensuring their vision and expectations are met or surpassed.
  • Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all work is executed to the highest standards, with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on superior craftsmanship.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations on-site, promoting a secure working environment.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and clients regarding project status, financial health, and potential risks.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record as a Project Manager in luxury residential construction.
  • Strong knowledge of high-end residential construction techniques, materials, and finishes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding quality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS) are highly desirable.
