Project Manager - Luxury Residential Construction

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team at Londinium Recruitment. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our exclusive residential projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of high-end residential construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Client Liaison: Maintain strong, transparent communication with clients, ensuring their vision and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality craftsmanship.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to on-site, fostering a safe working environment.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project progress, financial status, and any potential risks.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction.
  • Strong understanding of luxury residential construction techniques, materials, and finishes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS) are highly desirable.
