Job Title: Executive and Engagement Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive and Engagement Officer to join our team at Russell Publishing. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the successful execution of client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and timely delivery of client collateral
  • Process and analyze large volumes of campaign data to inform business decisions and optimize client outcomes
  • Produce high-quality reports and analysis to support client success and business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client services and campaign execution

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in customer services, ad operations, or a related field
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools
