Key Responsibilities:

  • Process patient scan data using segmentation software and 3D CAD to design custom medical devices.
  • Operate and maintain 3D printers, ensuring high-quality medical device outputs.
  • Manage design, manufacturing, and quality processes under ISO 13485 standards.
  • Collaborate with surgeons to design custom medical devices and provide in-surgery assistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in FDM, SLA, and PolyJet 3D printing technologies.
  • Experience with segmentation software like Mimics or Simpleware.
  • Prior experience designing patient-specific surgical guides using CAD software.
