Job Title: Biomedical Engineer - Maintenance and Repair

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.

About the Job:

Austin Fraser is seeking a highly skilled Biomedical Engineer - Maintenance and Repair to work onsite within the London area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily on-site medical devices repairs, preventative maintenance, and asset management to contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within specified hospital locations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Complete repairs on medical equipment as per manufacturer's guidelines.
  2. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) on medical equipment as per manufacturer's guidelines.
  3. Support the site manager/team leader in achieving contractual KPIs.
  4. Complete all associated administrative work in completing repairs and preventative maintenance.
Requirements:
  • NC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent + entry in HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Healthcare Technology Course.
  • 1+ years experience working as a biomedical engineer/trainee is essential.
  • Excellent Time Management and Organisation skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office suite, Excel.
