CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Support to join our team. As a Contract Support, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the City of London.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Diary Management: Schedule engineers' diaries and manage all aspects of finance, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Financial Management: Raise quotes for client portfolios, purchase orders, and place orders for engineers and sub-contractors. Complete all paperwork for monthly billing and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Contract Management: Supervise all Work-in-Progress (WIP) for the Contract portfolio, ensuring invoices are produced in a timely manner. Compile month-end billing, including sales invoices and closure of WIP.
- Client File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, ensuring all documentation is received from sub-contractors regarding Health & Safety and Company Legislation.
- Payroll and Expenses: Process timesheets, job sheets, and expenses weekly, and produce monthly payroll, including labor, on-call, and expenses reports.
- Engineer On-Call Rota: Maintain the engineer on-call rota and ensure all documentation is received from sub-contractors.
- E-Log Books: Maintain E-log books, an online portal for PPM planner.
- Communication: Positively respond to both internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility, while optimizing contract performance.
- Must have Contract Support experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CAFM systems.
- Experience with multiple contracts.
- General administration experience.
- IT proficient.
