Job Title: Invoicing Administrator

CV-Library is seeking an experienced Invoicing Administrator to join their Accounts Team in Watford, Hertfordshire.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide purchase invoicing support and general office assistance to the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing international invoices, ensuring materials are released for payment runs, and keeping track of proforma invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile petty cash
  • Keep records of direct debit payments, invoices, and checking portals
  • Ensure service agreement records are up to date
  • Regularly review Purchase Order Processing and Purchase Ledger
  • Communicate any issues to the correct department or person
  • Answer the telephone and transfer calls to the appropriate person
  • Order stationery and office supplies
  • Generate sales export documents
  • Greet visitors and organize refreshments for meetings
  • Perform mail duties, including going to the post office
  • Restock the first aid box in the general office
  • Credit control
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
