About the Role

This 12-month fixed-term contract is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure their recruitment needs are met. You'll focus on supporting our Data and Technology team, as well as other departments across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve the level of service provided by the Talent Acquisition team to all stakeholders, from hiring managers to candidates and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners and Hiring Managers to plan and execute recruitment campaigns.
  • Produce adverts and recruitment packs in line with best practice, including equality, diversity, and inclusion objectives.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and direct sourcing to attract high-calibre candidates.
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure effective and consistent social media recruiting for their vacancies.
  • Coach and advise managers on implementing robust recruitment, selection, and assessment processes.
  • Contribute to the delivery of key projects within Talent Acquisition.
  • Plan and deliver the recruitment process for Early Careers recruitment (graduate and apprentice), attending open days and careers fairs when required.
  • Stay aware of best practice approaches and industry trends within recruitment and direct sourcing.
  • Ensure advice is adhered to in line with employment legislation.
  • Develop own networks for sourcing and employer branding building within the industry.
  • Offer a creative approach to sourcing great talent for the Resourcing team, focusing on attracting passive candidates to roles, talent pooling, and building communities.
