Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessment and Planning
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, psychosocial, and educational needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' needs.
- Implementation and Evaluation
- Implement nursing interventions based on patients' needs and preferences.
- Evaluate patients' responses to nursing interventions and make adjustments as needed.
- Leadership and Collaboration
- Assume leadership roles in the Emergency Department to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve high-quality patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Licensure and Certification
- Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license.
- BLS certification.
