Job Description:

As a People Professional apprentice, you will help us ensure every part of our colleagues' experience is the best it can be. You'll develop a range of human resources (HR) expertise to support the development of people solutions, be ambassadors of behavioural and cultural change, provide tailored advice to the business across a number of HR topics and drive our learning agenda through your work towards your apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being a trusted HR consultant, helping our business areas deliver their people strategy
  • Providing support and advice to colleagues
  • Contributing to business change and transformation
  • Building your HR capability and knowledge
  • Using data analysis to address themes and develop solutions
  • Developing relationship management skills

What You'll Learn:

You'll develop a range of human resources (HR) expertise to support the development of people solutions, be ambassadors of behavioural and cultural change, provide tailored advice to the business across a number of HR topics and drive our learning agenda through your work towards your apprenticeship.

Duration: The apprenticeship will take around 18 months to complete.

Salary: £25,000 starting salary, plus fantastic benefits.
