Job Title: Behaviour Development Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Development Specialist to join our team. As a Behaviour Development Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting young people who are Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET) to break down barriers and achieve positive outcomes.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with young people to identify and address behavioural challenges that hinder their ability to engage in education and personal development. You will build strong, trusting relationships with learners, fostering a supportive environment where they feel heard and understood.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and address behavioural challenges that hinder young people's ability to engage in education and personal development.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with learners, fostering a supportive environment.
  • Deliver engaging group sessions, supporting personal and social development.
  • Provide one-on-one mentoring to help learners set goals and track their progress.
  • Guide learners towards educational and career pathways.
  • Work with external agencies, families, and support networks to provide holistic support to young people.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progress and contribute to monitoring and evaluation reports.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with young people and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by those who are Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET). You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
