Job Title: Territory Manager

Remtec Talent Management Ltd is seeking a skilled Territory Manager to join our Public Safety team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing a territory of clients, driving sales growth, and developing strategic plans to uncover new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow sales in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
  • Provide education and training to customers on our products and services
  • Organize and manage account records, produce sales reports, and participate in sales meetings
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to maximize business potential

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
