Laundry Specialist Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Laundry Specialist to join our team at Little Bill Laundry in Leyton. As a Laundry Specialist, you will be responsible for operating washer extractors and dryers, filling out records, and ensuring the quality of linen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate washer extractors and dryers in the wash house, following safety protocols and COSHH training.
  • Fill out records and submit them to the Shift leader at the end of each shift.
  • Check the quality of linen at packaging areas, count, and pack them in cages and boxes, inserting delivery notes.
  • Change cages full of towels/bed sheets to empty ones.
  • Feed pillow slips, towels, tablecloths, and sheets into the machine.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in laundry operations or a willingness to learn. You will receive full training to ensure your safety and success in the role.
