Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Leyton

Little Bill Laundry, a well-established family-run business with over a century of experience, specializes in laundry services and linen rental. We process over 500,000 items weekly for various hotel brands in central London, emphasizing sustainability through advanced machinery and a fleet of CNG vehicles.

Role Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing various operational tasks related to laundry services, ensuring high standards of customer service and quality control. This role includes managing staff, maintaining efficient workflows, and ensuring compliance with laundry standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all laundry areas.
  • Ensure timely completion of customer orders in accordance with daily schedules.
  • Identify and address production challenges in collaboration with production leaders.
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of laundry operations and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably within a laundry environment.
  • Strong familiarity with laundry operations and equipment.
  • Proficient in the use of ironers, washer extractors, tunnel washers, and towel folders.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with team members.
