About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Laundry Team Leader to join our team at Park Plaza. As a key member of our back of house operation, you will be responsible for supervising the daily laundry operation and ensuring that high standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and supervise the daily laundry operation to ensure efficient and effective processing of guest laundry.
- Train and develop team members to ensure a consistent service is provided and high standards are maintained.
- Monitor and control laundry costs to minimize expenses while maintaining hotel and company standards.
- Build excellent relationships with back of house team members to ensure smooth operation and effective communication.
- Share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment and Care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Laundry Supervisor or Back of House Supervisor in a hotel or restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and train team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of laundry operations and procedures.
- Ability to maintain high standards and ensure quality of work.
