Role Summary
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Leyton facility. This role is crucial in managing laundry processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee laundry operations and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Coordinate with production leaders to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on quality and customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all laundry areas.
- Ensure timely completion of customer orders in accordance with transport schedules.
- Identify production challenges and collaborate with team leaders to address issues promptly.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of laundry processes and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity, preferably in a laundry setting.
