About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Staff Nurse to join our Elective Surgical Ward team as a full-time Bank position. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of the ward.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and ensure the well-being of all patients on the ward.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Person Specification
- Registered with the NMC as a qualified nurse.
- Post-registration experience in a relevant clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25.50 per hour£32,032 - £37,674 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
