Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced pharmacist to lead our clinical pharmacy service in oncology. The successful candidate will have a strong background in oncology and haemato-oncology, with the ability to screen and verify SACT treatment prescriptions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 (equivalent) pharmacist to take on a leadership role within our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality clinical pharmacy service to oncology, haemato-oncology and elective surgical patients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and clinical staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A UK Registered Pharmacist qualification
  • At least 4-5 years of post-qualification experience within oncology and haemato-oncology
  • Experience of supervising and training other staff
