Mental Health Care Assistant

- Provide person-centred care to children, young people (0-25yrs), and parents/carers, working in partnership to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with other Trust services to provide seamless care for service-users on defined care pathways.
- Communicate effectively with children, young people, families, and multi-disciplinary teams using various methods, including IT.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people with mental health needs as part of a multi-disciplinary team. A Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required for this role.
