Nestlé SA is a leading food and beverage company with a rich history of innovation and commitment to quality. Our Nestlé Tutbury Factory in Derbyshire is one of the largest factories in Europe, producing a range of beverage products including Nescafe and Dolce Gusto.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Excellence Lead to join our team and drive continuous improvement activities across our factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that finished products meet consumer expectations while driving efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive continuous improvement activities through Nestle Continuous Excellence and TPM, coaching methodology to drive the right culture and behaviours.
  2. Lead and support a team of Line Performance Managers and Shift Leads to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
  3. Promote a safe working environment through coaching on safety behaviours and maintaining compliance with local legislation.
  4. Take ownership of talent management and ensure ongoing smooth operation of the factory through active employee engagement and good industrial relations.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production leadership, with experience in manufacturing environments. A credible, approachable, and results-driven individual who can gain the buy-in of key stakeholders is essential.

A salary of £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus car allowance, potential bonus, and generous pension scheme is offered for this role.
