About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including initial screening calls, organizing interviews and offers, and arranging feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process for various clients across different industries, including Engineering and Town Planning.
  • Build relationships with potential clients and consult with them on their hiring needs.
  • Establish a strong digital presence on social media platforms to promote our services and attract potential clients.
  • Work closely with our Regional Head of Sales to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Requirements
  • Sociable personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financially driven and motivated to take full advantage of our commission structure.
  • Resilient attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive, eagerness, and competitiveness in nature.
  • Interest in sales and recruitment, although experience is not required.
