g2 Cardiff are looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to come and join their team, to create a lucrative and successful career for themselves as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant for when they finish university. As the office expands their work further into the **UK public sector**, they want target driven, money-motivated and passionate consultants to come and join their top billing office - no experience needed, just the desire to succeed

We have multiple UK offices, including Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Bristol, London, Reading, Cardiff and Swansea, so if you are moving home and interested in the opportunity, we have other locations that can work for you

**The role**
- **Create your Business within a Business - **Establish yourself in the UK Public Sector market, onboarding new clients and selling your services as a recruiter
- **Become an expert - **become an expert on your sector, you will establish yourself as a trusted recruiter within the UK Public Sector

- Phone call interview with the Cardiff office hiring managers
- Attend a face-to-face interview at our Cardiff office

**We have ongoing start dates due to our grad-friendly approach So interview now and secure your place from June-August.**

Once you decide to join us, you will be invited to attend g2’s bespoke academy program, where you will receive a week’s worth of intensive training to prepare you to become one of the most successful recruitment consultants in the business.

Pay: £22,500.00-£30,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
