What does the role involve?
As a 360-recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes reaching out to potential candidates and clients, initial screening calls, organising interviews and offers, and arranging feedback.
You will be recruiting candidates over an ever-expanding variety of specialist industries, including Engineering, such as Process Engineers, P6 Programmers, Design and Mechanical Engineers, and Town Planning.
RequirementsSociable personality.

Resilient attitude.
Drive, eagerness, and competitive in nature.
Whilst experience in sales is not required, an interest is preferred.
