Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented financial specialist to join our dynamic team. As a financial specialist in our team, you will not only support the financial intricacies of our operations but also contribute to the pioneering spirit that defines our approach to the AI revolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of our daily financial operations.
  • Daily use of Stripe for billing and dispute answering.
  • Daily use of Quickbooks.
  • Manage vendors, invoices, payments.
  • Work in close cooperation with our financial service providers, CPA and core team to address any financial issues, minimizing any delays.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role in finance and accounting.
  • Exceptional numerical aptitude and an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Experience working with modern software and systems, particularly QuickBooks and Stripe.
  • Proven ability to navigate challenging situations and receive feedback with professionalism and poise.
  • Self-motivated, with the initiative to reach out proactively to official agencies, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Strong written communication skills in English, with the ability to provide clear and effective feedback.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • The capability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines and maintain tax compliance.
